Firmware Instructions
1. Download the update here.
2. Unzip the update file onto a USB Drive. (Formatted to FAT32)
3. Insert the USB Drive > Select Setup Menu (Top Right) > Select Product Information > Scroll Down and Select Update.
4. The unit will update within 3-4 minutes and will reboot when complete. You can now remove the USB Drive.
5. Within Setup Menu > System > Scroll Down and Select Reset. Please note: the unit must be reset after the update process.
The update is complete.
Do not power off or interrupt the power during the update process.
Requirements and limitations
- Windows XP / Windows 7 / Windows 8/ Windows 10 / Mac OS X
- USB stick with minimum capacity 1 GB (recommended 4GB USB version 3)
