(a) Claims for shortages, loss or damage must be made by the Buyer within seven (7) days of receipt of the Products.
(b) No returns shall be accepted by ALPINE unless authorised by ALPINE in writing or by arrangement with ALPINE’s Customer Service Manager and must be sent, freight paid and addressed to ALPINE.
(c) ALPINE will not accept any liability for loss or contingent liability for goods returned prior to or without written confirmation of acceptance of return by ALPINE.
(d) Returned goods shall be packed in a manner which will result in full protection of the Product and its packaging. ALPINE accepts no responsibility for improperly packaged goods.
(e) Any discount or allowance (however determined) allowed by ALPINE to the Buyer shall be credited against the invoice price of the products and represents a reduction of that price.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
